Hold up for one hot second. Why isn't Sherlock being charged with conspiracy for...something? I feel like someone could make a good case for murder.

For serious, I don't think Captain Gregson would have any other recourse, as a professional.

I think because Moran said in his statement that he attacked Sherlock and Sherlock wounded him in self-defense. So they couldn't charge Sherlock.
