I am a bit disappointed with the revelation of who the murderer was. Sherlock started suspecting her purely because of his feelings about the company rather than because of evidence, and it's kind of annoying to see that he wound up being right - even if for the wrong reasons.
On the positive side, it's nice to see Sherlock continue to try to learn from his mistake, even if it pains him to do it.
