From the first minute after Sherlock deduced that his father was lying to him, I was wondering just, how exactly did Sherlock realize that his dad had lied. Was it in his facial expression or what?

Also, is it me or did Joan seem a tad jealous of the mystery woman that Sherlock spent so much time with?

Once last thing was anyone jumping for joy that the criminal wasn't discovery in the first half hour?
