Sherlock reminds me of my 2 years old niece at the end there; she'll run and jump around for hours and scream that she doesn't need to sleep and the next thing I know she's out like a light.

Conclusion: Sherlock = big baby ♥

Ok, that part where Watson was doing the squats and Sherlock was looking at her like she was kind of crazy and then joined in was awesome.

I also like that he's becoming increasingly dependent on her, thanking her and telling her that he might listen to her again (except obviously not when it comes to sobriety twaddle) was also sweet.

I like the slow build we're getting in their relationship and I'm really eager to see how they play it when her contract is up and she's supposed to leave.

JLM is growing on me. I do love his Sherlock-isms. And I agree, his open appreciation of Joan is a pleasant surprise. 1000 squats, ouch!

It made me lust for him to meet Moriarty even more if Adam was any type of precursor to him. I CANNOT wait.

But I'm loving the series so far. It gets better each week.

I am loving it so far. I adore Sherlock and Joan's growing relationship, how he's slowly opening up to her and listening to her, that bit with the squats was just adorable ♥

Also this quite rare side of empathy we're having from Sherlock... it's very, very interesting and I really like how they are exploring it.

And on top of that, last night's twist was BRILLIANT! Can't wait to have more.

Finally got a chance to watch the episode, loved it! Adam was very smart and creepy. I liked the squat scene and the scene at the end very cute. Can't wait for next week! It will be interesting to see how the play out Sherlock being missing.

I, too, appreciate how the Watson is earning Holmes's respect rather than simply being a person he "tolerates" for the time being. To me, this is the most compelling element of the show, more so than the cases they solve every week.

VERY interesting twist on the Stockholm Syndrome. A great reframing so that the kidnapped are not simply helpless victims, but can actually become the masters of their captors. Creepy and dark but though-provoking nonetheless.

Upon finally watching the beginning of episode 3, I have to ask this:

When Holmes is looking at the Balloon Man case...is he not wearing underwear? Also, those pants are low, low on your hips, buddy. Makes us fangirls have illicit thoughts.

Also, apologies if commenting weeks after the episode aired is frowned upon.
