SHERLOCK'S NON-VOCAL PLATONIC FEELS FOR JOAN. He wants her to stay and become his sponsor; he just can't bloody articulate it! And I secretly think she wants to stay too.

I notice she says she has no client after him. That's going to make it easy for them to have her stay [because we know she is] without having her ditch another addict who would need her help. (-:

Here's the problem --

I don't think she can be his sponsor -- unless she's been an addict in the program.
That's very different from being a sober companion. But a sponsor has to be someone
who has been through the program, i.e., an ex-addict.
