Watching the promo, I felt upset and anxious because it looks like Holmes turns back to drugs... Reminded me of HOUSE promos. But no surprises here - a relapse is a commonly used twist to create BIG drama...

My hopes are on Watson's friendship and positive influence on Holmes.
