I admit I didn't see the cliffhanger coming.

I am a bit disappointed with the revelation of who the murderer was. Sherlock started suspecting her purely because of his feelings about the company rather than because of evidence, and it's kind of annoying to see that he wound up being right - even if for the wrong reasons.

On the positive side, it's nice to see Sherlock continue to try to learn from his mistake, even if it pains him to do it.

Was not expecting that last scene at all. I hope this plot'll last a few episodes, I've been missing a long arc, lately the episodes all felt like mostly fillers with a bit of character development thrown in.

I do love Kitty, but I wonder what they're going to do with her. I think she's ready to have her own business, like Watson, but then they would have to find Sherlock another student, as they've insisted so much this season on how he loves teaching and how important the whole process is to him. They can't just take that away from him, it would make no sense.

While I do love this series an awful lot, I still think this has been the weakest season yet, and a long arc with one main villain is definitely going to help. *_____*
