Much to like in this episode - hints of Sherlock's relationship with his father, references to classic cases, Joan making it perfectly clear where her priority lies, seeing them work a case free of NYPD oversight (painful as it is not to have Gregson in view), pulling the nose of that other show (can't seem to recall the title at the mo') and God knows John Hanna! One thing- as well handled as the drug issue was in this episode, I would like to see them move on a bit.
